I've been learning about my family, and the most interesting thing I learned about my mom's side is that John Alden traveled on the Mayflower. John Alden is the person who brought my family to America. This side of the family was strict christian. Through the years, my mom's family has become not so strict.
The most interesting thing I learned on my dad's side was that my grandma always sat near the Rabi. He was a young Rabi, and he didn't know everything. My grandma would always sit near him; to correct him. I think that was interesting to know that she would correct him.
